Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at HealthSource Saginaw. As a key member of our Human Resources Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to employees.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP or CP certification preferred.
  • Experience with labor contracts and benefit processing a plus.
