Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of blood components to our service hospitals and blood drives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, promoting a positive image of Innovative Blood Resources.
  • Logistics and Administration: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, miles driven, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Experience: 2 years of driving experience, including highway and residential routes.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
