PPG operates as a clinically integrated network, encompassing both primary and specialty care providers. We are devoted to delivering superior healthcare efficiently, ensuring an optimal experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient history and physical examinations.
  • Order, execute, and analyze diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Develop diagnostic impressions and tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide patient education and counseling to address specific needs.
  • Make appropriate referrals as necessary.
  • Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with New Jersey state regulations and departmental guidelines.
  • Exhibit proficiency in assessing patient data and interpreting information relative to age-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and policy formulation.

Qualifications:

  • Current New Jersey RN/APN licensure.
  • Valid credentials for practice.
  • Previous experience in a Primary Care setting.
