Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop captivating content, including text, visuals, and videos, that resonate with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee social media accounts and interact with followers by addressing comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Evaluate social media metrics using analytical tools and offer insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to boost our online visibility.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or currently enrolled in such a program).
  • Understanding of major social media platforms and their effective practices.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Creative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
