A Cake Frosting Specialist is responsible for preparing frosting and applying it to all cakes in accordance with the company's standards and timelines. This includes cakes available for immediate purchase, those ordered in advance, and promotional items.

The role entails ensuring that the display case is well-stocked, providing samples for customers, and maintaining optimal inventory levels of additional cakes. The specialist must also keep the frosting area clean, sanitized, and operating smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain the brand's image and reputation
• Support other departments as needed
• Ensure the retail area is stocked with various cake sizes and sample trays
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels in storage for cakes and samples
• Prepare frosting when supplies are low
• Frost cakes for both same-day and next-day orders
• Assemble boxes for cakes
• Keep the frosting area clean and sanitized, including all equipment
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies
