Froster - Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Burleson. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes and contributing to exceptional customer service.

• Cake Decoration: Follow proprietary frosting recipes and application methods to achieve productivity goals and meet quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Order Fulfillment: Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Ensure adequate supplies of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests, and maintain proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
• Quality Control: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet our high standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Workplace Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, and wash equipment as needed.
• Adherence to Policies: Comply with all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education and Experience: No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
