Horizon Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Tech (LVN/LPT) to join our team at the Men's SUD Program. As an LVN/LPT, you will play a vital role in providing medical care and support to clients struggling with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Screen clients for potential medical problems and refer them for definitive medical care when necessary.
  • Provide medical care within the scope of practice and monitor symptoms.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in daily shift change and report health-related concerns and alerts.
  • Support the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Current LVN/LPT licensure in the state of California.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Substance Use Disorders, Mental Health, and Crisis Intervention.
  • 2 years of relevant experience, preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Must have a CA driver's license and good driving record in good standing.
