Gene Juarez Salons & Spas, a renowned salon and beauty company in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development of our new Spokane location. As a New Market Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team's success.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, making it an attractive option for talented professionals looking to advance their careers. You will have the chance to work closely with our training team, contributing to the growth and stability of our Spokane salon.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train new and experienced stylists, ensuring they meet the high standards of Gene Juarez Salons & Spas.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, focusing on cut and color techniques, as well as guest service excellence.
  • Collaborate with rotating trainers from our Seattle location to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and consistent quality.
  • Facilitate open communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training meetings and classes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • A valid Washington State cosmetology or hair design license (instructor license is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a high-end salon environment, with expertise in cut and color services.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
