  • Assist in the recruitment process for temporary personnel to adequately staff election-related activities.
  • Conduct application reviews and manage the hiring process, including initial interviews and onboarding procedures.
  • Utilize specialized software for managing candidate profiles and processing employment documentation.
  • Engage in effective communication through various channels to facilitate recruitment efforts.
  • Support data collection initiatives to evaluate recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of experience in administrative or recruitment roles, preferably within a Human Resources or electoral context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is necessary; equivalent experience may be considered.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be eligible to register to vote in Arizona.
  • Completion of a comprehensive background check is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on departmental needs is essential.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with HR software, particularly Workday, is advantageous.

Work Environment
  • Expect mandatory overtime during peak election periods.
  • The role primarily takes place in an office setting, which may be fast-paced and high-volume.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy is crucial.
