Shift Details:
Day Shift - 12 hours
Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay range of $27.82 - $31.72 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus of $1,500. Additional earnings can be achieved through our employee referral program. You will also be eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of heavy machinery to ensure efficient production of food packaging products.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Act as a resource for production staff and provide training and development support.
- Conduct quality and safety audits, addressing any findings promptly.
- Serve as Team Lead in the absence of the primary lead, managing labor and ensuring production goals are met.
- Utilize LEAN tools to enhance equipment efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment with mechanical knowledge of industrial systems.
- Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heavy machinery.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned.
