Key Responsibilities:

  • Planting perennials, shrubs, and annuals
  • Designing unique seasonal container arrangements
  • Pruning and shaping trees and shrubs
  • Watering, fertilizing, deadheading, and maintaining garden cleanliness
  • Identifying and managing weeds
  • Renovating garden spaces
  • Amending soil
  • Understanding basic plant pest management

Team Collaboration:

  • Work effectively within a team setting
  • Follow guidance from the Crew Leader
  • Communicate clearly with the Crew Leader and fellow team members
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
  • Contribute positively to job quality, safety, and customer service objectives
