Estimated Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour (plus digital tips)
Job Description:

A Customer Service Representative's primary role is to provide an excellent experience for our customers by delivering fast, friendly and efficient service, along with a quality and consistent product every time in a clean and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
  • Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
  • Restock food line, chips and cooler.
  • Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
  • Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
  • Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
  • Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You want to delight customers with great food and good vibes.
  • You are friendly and customer service oriented.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can handle the heat of the kitchen – knife skills are a plus.
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're a team player.
  • You enjoy higher levels of noise from music, customer and employee traffic.
  • You can manage potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
  • You're able to stand/walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed.
  • You're at least 16 years of age.
  • You're able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
