Customer Service Representative

Potbelly Corporate is a recognized neighborhood sandwich shop with over 400 locations across the United States.
Estimated Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour (plus digital tips)Job Description:
A Customer Service Representative's primary role is to provide an excellent experience for our customers by delivering fast, friendly and efficient service, along with a quality and consistent product every time in a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
- Restock food line, chips and cooler.
- Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
- Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
- Operate cash register: handle, balance and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
- Takes delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
- You want to delight customers with great food and good vibes.
- You are friendly and customer service oriented.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You can handle the heat of the kitchen – knife skills are a plus.
- You love working in a fast-paced environment.
- You're a team player.
- You enjoy higher levels of noise from music, customer and employee traffic.
- You can manage potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
- You're able to stand/walk a minimum of 3 hours or as needed.
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You're able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
