The Pottsville practice is a dynamic and stable team of general ob/gyn physicians, advanced practice clinicians, certified nurse midwives, and ob/gyn hospitalists. We provide comprehensive women's health care in the Schuylkill County region, with a focus on evidence-based practice and a robust interdisciplinary team. Maternal-fetal medicine consultation is available, and we accept transports to our tertiary care facility in Allentown, PA.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OBGYN physician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with family medicine residents at LVH-Schuylkill, in a HRSA designated rural community. Call is shared with the family medicine physicians and midwives, and you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including well-woman visits, contraception management, high- and low-risk pregnancy and childbirth care, menopause management, ultrasound and imaging services, office-based gynecologic surgery, advanced laparoscopic surgery, and robotic gynecologic surgery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurse midwives dedicated to providing exceptional care. You will also have the opportunity to teach and train students and residents at some locations.
