Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with our clients, implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect accurate data for all treatment plans and behavior programs
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust interventions and/or intervention methods as necessary
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention and plan in place for each client
  • Meet the requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and maintain RBT credentials
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or national equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain a valid RBT certificate with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background screening process
