Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team at Arnet Pharmaceuticals Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees in Manufacturing, planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in Manufacturing methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the blending, coating, tablets, bulk, and pharmacy manufacturing operations to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Review and analyze manufacturing batch records and work plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform visual transactions to ensure the timely flow of materials and products.
  • Write and maintain batch records, SOPs, special instructions, discrepancy reports, and batch investigations as needed.
  • Enforce Current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to create a safe working environment and maintain a clean and organized production area.
  • Collaborate with quality control to ensure products meet quality standards and batch record documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Utilize staff to efficiently meet daily departmental requirements and assist in training operators in all phases of the processes.
  • Liaise between production and support groups to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Enter data into databases as needed to support the operation and plan and direct production activities to establish production priorities for products.
  • Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus three to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous lead experience and strong knowledge of GMPs and Safety.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and bilingual (English-Spanish) required.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Basic mathematical skills with emphasis in division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
