We are seeking a skilled Machinist Specialist to join our team at Three Point Solutions. As a leading contract, contract-to-hire and professional placement firm, we understand the importance of aligning our clients with the right resource at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute manual machining operations, including cutting and shaping metals and plastics to precision dimensions.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand the purpose of part assemblies and ensure accurate production.
- Inspect and check machining operations against specified tolerances.
- Identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with manual lathes, mills, and presses.
- Strong manual dexterity, computer skills, and literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
