- Reliable transportation (personal or public).
- Current BSIS Guard Card or ability to obtain one (California requirement).
- Reliable means of communication.
- Pass a criminal background evaluation.
- Ability to work overtime and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Meet physical requirements of standing, walking, and climbing stairs for a full shift.
- Former or current military, law enforcement, or certified security professionals.
- Recent graduates or career-minded individuals seeking advancement.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $17.00-$19.00 for qualified positions.
- Sign-on bonus of $250.00 after completing 90 days of probation.
