We are currently looking for a full-time Lead Housekeeper to join our team at Fountaingate Gardens.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lead Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the Fountaingate Gardens community. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all areas of the community are kept clean, organized, and sanitized according to established standards.
- Leading and mentoring the housekeeping team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Establishing and managing cleaning schedules and protocols for all staff.
- Communicating effectively with residents, staff, and external parties while maintaining confidentiality.
- Performing general housekeeping duties across various community spaces.
- Maintaining equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS
