Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to advance fraud system delivery and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Communicate Fraud Metrics and Reports: Develop and communicate clear and concise fraud metrics and reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • Drive Alliances with External Partners: Foster strong relationships with external partners, including fraud and gaming industry partners, to stay ahead of emerging fraud trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or economics.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in eCommerce Fraud Risk Mitigation: A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce fraud risk mitigation, with a strong understanding of online fraud trends and best practices.
  • 3+ Years of Technical Product Delivery Experience: A minimum of 3 years of technical product delivery experience, with a strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
  • Analytic and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Hands-on Experience with Open Source Intelligence, SQL, and Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with open source intelligence, SQL, and data visualization tools, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Preferred Qualities
  • Big Data Experience: Experience working with big data, including data warehousing, data mining, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Digital Media Software and Networking Technologies: Familiarity with digital media software and networking technologies, including those related to Sony's products, services, and devices.
  • Ability to Summarize Information and Communicate Effectively: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize complex information and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
