At LifeBridge Health, we're looking for a highly skilled Orthopedic Assistant Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $27.30 per hour, based on the location and requirements mentioned in the job description.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of a physician, applying casts, splints, and other orthopedic equipment as needed. They will also assemble and attach traction equipment, remove sutures and staples, and position patients for procedures.
Requirements:
- A basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, with working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A valid Driver's license and American Heart Association CPR Certification are required.
- Travel to offsite locations may be necessary, and any travel arrangements will be coordinated in advance.
