Overview
A leading not-for-profit healthcare organization, ProMedica, is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Wayne. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

In this position, you will provide direct care to residents and supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care. Your expertise in gerontological nursing, including experience working with dementia populations, will be valuable assets to our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience and a valid LPN/LVN state license. You will also need to be able to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment, as well as write and speak English clearly.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and performing treatments
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality care
- Coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs, following facility policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
