We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in Elkton, MD. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including health assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a primary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
