Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists with prescription filling, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs
• Maintain accurate records, including patient information and prescription data
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmaceuticals

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens
• Prefer PTCB certification
