Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting project teams with contract administration, including bid compilation, contract letting, and billing. The successful candidate will also facilitate job-related communications with subcontractors, vendors, insurers, and clients, and perform various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams with contract administration, including bid compilation, contract letting, and billing
  • Facilitate job-related communications with subcontractors, vendors, insurers, and clients
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and present a plan for professional growth and development to the supervising Project Manager
  • Assist with tracking of subcontractor compliance reports
  • Process employment applications and assist with other employment activities
  • Process invoices for routing, coding, approval, and payment in accounting software
  • Set up and maintain job logs, job files, including job coding, filing, and scanning
  • Operate and oversee the proper maintenance and functioning of relevant office machines
  • Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the supervising PM/Superintendent
Requirements
  • Associates Degree from a 2-year college or university
  • 1-3 years related experience and/or training
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a moderately noisy environment and may involve working on an active construction site. The successful candidate must be willing to travel if required.
