Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Brake & Alignment Technician to join our team at Les Schwab Tire Centers. As a Brake & Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
  • Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components
  • Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools, assist other employees, test drive vehicles, and operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
  • Provide excellent customer service, refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
