Job Title: Psychiatric APRN

Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric APRN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Psychiatric APRN, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for patients of Fair Haven Community Health Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients
  • Manage medication regimens and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct mental health crisis assessments and formulate dispositions
Requirements:
  • Psychiatric APRN degree and CT State license
  • At least two years of experience working in addiction treatment
  • Strong knowledge base in integrated medical care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
