Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, and ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture.
  • System Engineering: Develop system requirements specifications, analyze system requirements, and lead design and development activities.
  • Requirements Management: Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that meet the defined system architecture.
  • Documentation: Develop technical documentation, including system engineering plans, initial capabilities documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a polygraph (TS/SCI w/ polygraph).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Minimum seven (7) years experience as a Systems Engineer supporting government programs and contracts of similar size, scope and complexity.
  • Skills: Experience in the legal or technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance required.
