Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Specialist to support the assembly and testing of rugged embedded hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex electronics and systems using hand tools, custom fixtures, and specialized tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform functional testing to ensure products meet internal and external requirements
* Assemble complex electronics and systems using an array of hand tools, custom fixtures, and specialized tooling
* Maintain detailed and accurate records
* Adhere to all company operating procedures and training requirements
* Work with quality and engineering teams to improve product and process quality

Requirements:

* Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate)
* Computer proficiency and a high level of organization
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Good hand dexterity and coordination
