We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist Specialist to join our team at Collaborative ABA Services, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work with children and adolescents with special needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) focused interventions.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Therapist Specialist will oversee the implementation of skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans in home, clinic, and community settings. Conducting routine assessments to guide treatment planning and monitoring client progress, this role requires strong communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a proven track record of implementing effective ABA programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments to develop programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Develop and regularly update ABA programs for clients based on assessments and analysis of data/behavior
  • Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
  • Oversee in-home and community implementation of ABA programming, ensuring treatment fidelity and data collection
  • Provide training to staff and families on Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut
  • Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs, including Autism, using ABA focused interventions as a BCBA
