We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our residents by providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:
  • Screen, examine, and evaluate residents to establish a diagnosis and develop a plan of care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with residents and caregivers
  • Attend and contribute to resident care and staff conferences
  • Consult with other disciplines and agencies to address comprehensive resident needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a compassionate environment
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited SLP program
  • Valid professional license by discipline for state
  • Prefer at least one year of experience in LTC
  • Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
  • Passionate about post-acute rehabilitation and the older adult population
