Job Title: Data Integration Lead

As a Data Integration Lead, you'll play a critical role in understanding the intersection of data sources and ensuring they integrate into a functional consumer data profile for connecting prospect and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the vision and roadmap in partnership with the Interop Experience team for personalized member experience throughout the entire Humana-patient journey across provider, specialist, hospital, and pharmacy.
  • Define product features/data and prioritize product backlog.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial related to digital platforms and omni-channel capabilities.
  • Coordinate conversations across matrix organizations of Interop, Humana Retail, Humana Pharmacy, and Humana Primary Care organization in all phases of the experience life cycle, from inception to production, by managing data and analytics to meet business needs through the development of core experiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years managing data integrations
  • At least 8 years of experience in the creation and management of a data dictionary, API integration management, data governance, structured and unstructured schema, and data as well as database technologies
  • At least 2 years of project leadership experience
  • Prior experience not only creating data strategy but overseeing the implementation and communication with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • Prior experience working with teams and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Work Environment:

As a remote employee, you'll work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/ HIPAA information. You'll have a bi-weekly payment for your internet expense if you live and work from home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Humana will provide you with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for your position/job.
