A Commercial Roofing Specialist is responsible for the repair, replacement, and installation of roofing systems on commercial properties. This role involves physical tasks such as climbing, working at heights, lifting, bending, and performing carpentry skills, all while adhering to safety protocols in various weather conditions.

We are looking for candidates who can provide their own transportation to job sites, are open to travel, and possess basic hand tools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing fundamental roofing details, including pipe flashings, roof curbs, and wall flashings across diverse roofing systems such as single-ply, asphaltic, metal, and shingles
  • Completing basic sheet metal tasks, including the installation of metal edging, coping caps, gutters, and scuppers
  • Maintaining daily organization of service vehicles, materials, and tools
  • Demonstrating physical capability to fulfill job duties, punctuality, and reliability
  • Submitting to a drug screening and possessing basic tools and dependable transportation
  • Willingness to work outdoors during standard working hours
