About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
  • Full licensure and credentialing in one or more US states
  • Experience working with a diverse range of patients and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
