Job Overview

Midland Door Solutions is seeking a skilled Door Installation Foreman to join our team. As a Door Installation Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the installation of bi-fold and hydraulic door frames on buildings, supervising a crew, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of bi-fold and hydraulic door frames on buildings
  • Supervise a crew and communicate with customers
  • Apply exterior sheeting, insulation, and liner panel
  • Assist in the installation of the operating system
  • Operate forklifts and scissorlifts
  • Work from heights above 20 feet
  • Obtain a CDL driver's license (not required on hire)
  • Travel Monday through Friday
  • Work 50-60 hours per week (overtime pay for hours worked over 40)
  • Lift 50+ pounds
Requirements
  • 5 years of construction experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
