Softscape Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Softscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team at Precision Lawn & Landscape.

About the Role:

As a Softscape Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of softscape projects, including the installation and maintenance of plants, soil, and other organic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of landscapers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Prepare and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for plant selection and placement.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in landscaping, with a focus on softscaping.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
