Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Product Knowledge: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products, and operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
