About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Development to join our Asia Pacific Division team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to secure funding for our conservation efforts in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement donor strategies to secure funding for conservation projects in the Asia Pacific region
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporations to secure significant gifts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events
  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects to ensure timely and effective stewardship
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in fundraising and development
  • Proven track record of securing significant gifts from major donors, foundations, and corporations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in an Asian language
