Cybersecurity Risk Management Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Senior Analyst to join our Cyber Architecture and Engineering (A&E) function within State Street Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall risk management framework and ensuring the effectiveness of our controls.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the enhancement of control documentation in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document control information.
- Support the review and rationalization of existing controls to eliminate redundancies and ensure effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the control environment.
- Conduct assessments to help identify gaps in key controls.
- Develop action plans to address identified gaps and enhance the control environment.
- Execute periodic controls testing to ensure control effectiveness.
- Document test results, identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track and report on the status of control testing and remediation efforts.
- 9+ years of experience in audit, risk management, GRC, or a similar role with a strong understanding of cybersecurity risk matters.
- Experience performing controls rationalization and Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE) experience.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
