Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including home, community, and center-based environments.
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments and behavior analysis.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions to inform treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services.
