Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at AMN Healthcare Allied. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and NICU experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure best possible outcomes
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of patient acuity
Requirements:
  • Current, Active, Permanent State of Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
  • Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association
  • American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership preferred
  • NRP preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level III or IV NICU experience
  • American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership
  • NRP certification
