MISSION STATEMENT:
We are dedicated to inspiring, recruiting, and nurturing individuals to embrace the vision and mission of Greater Europe Mission.
POSITION SUMMARY: This role focuses on enhancing GEM's mobilization efforts and church engagement within Nashville and its neighboring regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and cultivate new mobilization opportunities within the designated area.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with influential churches, educational institutions, and ministries.
- Participate in regional mission conferences and other relevant events.
- Initiate outreach calls to potential contacts in the area.
- Manage relationships with leads, contacts, applicants, and appointees from initial contact to deployment.
- Meet expectations for using Contact Management software (Salesforce).
- Guide and mentor University Mobilizers.
- Engage in weekly discussions with supervisors and the US Mobilization team.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of the Ten2 project.
- Mobilize, train, co-lead, and debrief one short-term team annually.
- Support the organization and execution of local church events and Discovery Days.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands outlined here represent those necessary for an employee to successfully fulfill the essential functions of this role. Regular communication is required, and the ability to occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds is necessary. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS:
This is a full-time role with flexible working days and hours.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position necessitates up to 25% travel, including some international travel.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A BS/BA degree from an accredited institution; an MBA or MA/MS in a related field is preferred.
