Job Description
\This Retail Service Specialist role involves working closely with AAA members to fulfill their requests, such as taking passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and tour books, cashiering duties, and other services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting individual and team cross-selling and upselling goals, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
\We operate Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am-2pm. The ideal candidate should be able to work overtime, including Saturdays, and possess experience in retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environments.
