About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your systems engineering expertise and lead large multi-disciplinary teams in the development and implementation of digital models to support the development, integration, and acquisition of federal systems. You'll work closely with senior government leaders to develop and champion new systems engineering capabilities and processes focused on Digital Engineering and Digital Mission Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in Model Based Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, and Mission Engineering to support complex federal systems engineering efforts.
- Lead large multi-disciplinary teams in the development and implementation of digital models to support the development, integration, and acquisition of federal systems.
- Develop and champion new systems engineering capabilities and processes focused on Digital Engineering and Digital Mission Engineering.
- Collaborate with senior government leaders to drive internal and external research opportunities in cutting-edge engineering fields.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a relevant technical discipline, and 10+ years of related experience.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Deep experience in architecture modeling to support complex system and large-scale system of systems development.
- Experience leading complex system, system of systems, or mission engineering analysis efforts.
- Documented success working across organizational business units to deliver innovative solutions of value to both internal and external technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Broad knowledge of digital engineering and operational analysis processes and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing and leading new work utilizing modern systems engineering, mission engineering, and systems of systems engineering methods.
