As a seasoned retail professional, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve sales goals, provide top-notch service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service Excellence: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting products, building customer relationships, and resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily cash register operations, ensure accurate end-of-day procedures, and maintain store standards of cleanliness and staff behavior.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a role model, providing guidance and support to retail staff, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Retail Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the store is adequately stocked and supplied with sell-through merchandise.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Retail merchandising experience desired, but not necessary. Guest Service experience is also a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Must be available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency schedule changes as business requires.
