Job Title: Support Worker

Estimated Salary: $15.00 - $17.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Punctuality and regular attendance are required, adhering to the workplace schedule to ensure proper oversight of individuals.
• Stay awake and responsive, effectively communicating with individuals.
• Teach daily living skills and plan suitable activities for the individuals.
• Create opportunities for people to increase their quality of life.
• Provide a clean, healthy, and safe environment.
• Implement Person Centered Support Plans and follow Behavioral Plans.
• Supervise individuals according to the Supervision Guidelines and support their choices accordingly.
• Assist and supervise individuals with medication administration.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks within established time frames.
• Maintain communication with the Manager regarding individual needs.
• Follow the Provider Code of Conduct/Abuse Neglect and Exploitation Policy according to state standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Pass and maintain a passable criminal background check and LEIE per state regulations.
• Pass required controlled substance tests.
• Able to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
