About the Opportunity
At Larson Design Group, we are seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Design Engineer to join our team. This role will involve coordinating overall design activities, project submission schedules, and ensuring that final products meet technical requirements and client goals. The successful candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) license and commensurate work experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform independent planning and design tasks, review the work of others, prepare construction documents, and successfully deliver projects to completion.
- Develop schedules, technical proposals, and labor hour estimates for complex bridge designs.
- Work closely with project teams to effectively describe and deliver the scope of work.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 10 years of job-related experience, preferably in PennDOT or Pennsylvania Turnpike bridge design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Thorough knowledge of the design and development process of transportation bridge projects, AASHTO and PennDOT Design Manuals, Standards, Specifications, and Engineering Software.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
