  • Oversee the development of software systems to ensure they meet requirements and are delivered on time

  • Develop and implement software engineering processes and procedures to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 9 years of experience in software development, including 5 years of experience in leadership roles
  • Current active Secret DoD Security clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture
  • Lead or management experience in a team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership of engineering personnel on a Northrop Grumman Corporation program
