Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions using virtualization clustering, networking expertise, and storage infrastructure knowledge.
  • Administer and manage Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, CentOS, and Ubuntu systems.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including Azure and Intune tenant configuration and management.
  • Coordinate and work on major issue resolution, act as a senior escalation point for internal and client-facing issues, and assist in development and planning for long-term team goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures, and provide training and support to internal teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Sr Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of system administration, network protocols, and security best practices.
  • Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
