Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server to join our team at Local Grown, LLC. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery to tables.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including side stations, tables, and POS systems.
  • Provide direction and assistance to support staff as needed.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a server or bartender in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 lbs.
