As a Clinical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs for multiple cases, supervising a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), conducting parent training sessions, and facilitating group supervision.


You will be responsible for data tracking to identify areas for programming and behavioral adjustments, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

- A dedication to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A passion for supporting children with special needs aged 2 to 22.
